Great apartment, close to the tram stop, loads of restaurants close by. Beautiful area with a stream running by the apartment, loved the sound of the water running by. Apartment was as it said, very comfortable and great communication with super easy check in.

It was a lovely stay. The stay could also be extended without any problems! The landlady was very flexible. The location is great. Bus stop and a shop right outside the door.

Great apartment for a family stay in a quiet little town

The contact with Carola and Bernd was very nice and friendly from the beginning. We were warmly welcomed and given a small tour of the cozy apartment with a small explanation of the most important things. The apartment was very clean, nice and cozy, with lots of brochures, maps and "in-house" information. The area is wonderful to look at, we were not too lucky with the weather for this season, but there is also enough to do for rainy days - and if you do not want to go out, the apartment invites you to a cozy day on the couch. In the kitchen, we could quickly find our way around and everything you need was there.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

Super nice, cozy and unique place to stay! We felt very comfortable right away and the hosts were super friendly & always easy to reach. You can relax both in the apartment and in the large garden and the surroundings are a really nice area. It is not in the middle of the city center, but you can still reach excursion destinations very easily. Would definitely go there again :))

Wonderful stay in a lovingly furnished apartment We were able to spend a wonderful time in Kassel from June 13 to 15 – and not least thanks to Uta's great apartment. The apartment is not only tastefully and modernly furnished, but also extremely well thought out – you immediately notice that everything has been thought of with a lot of love for detail. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and enjoyed the days in the city to the fullest. A special thank you goes to Uta for the warm and friendly welcome as well as the all-around pleasant stay. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice, lovingly designed apartment in a central location with everything you need. Katharina was very nice and flexible. Everything was super pleasant for us. Within walking distance, there was a really delicious ice cream parlor with really creative ice cream cups. In the evening, we sat at the Greek's in the garden or at the church festival. Very nice people everywhere we went. In between, enchanting half-timbered houses with creative gardens. The district seemed somehow very "loved" and wonderfully mixed. A good place to be!

For three nights I stayed at the property - I was in the city palace in Kassel for a conference. The apartment itself is in the basement of a residential building, the "neighboring door" leads to the laundry room of the house. But as soon as I got into the apartment, it was very nice and loving. Coffee, a full and design furnished kitchen, even a few sweets and a small false water to welcome you. Very nice. I felt very welcome and comfortable, and always slept well. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city palace, which was always a nice walk through nice parts of the city in the weather. In case of rain, it may not be so conveniently located if you have to go to other parts of the city every day. Marius always responded very quickly to my questions. All in all a very good experience.

We had a really good time in Kassel, and Dorothees apartman was also very convinient and cozy. She was very helpful with everything and checking in was made very easy for us. Highly recommend the place!!

Beautiful, airy apartment! Within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and things to do! Irina was so helpful and responded very quickly! She made sure we felt right at home! Will definitely keep on our list of places to come back to when we’re next in Germany 🇩🇪!!

Hildegard's apartment has everything you need. Many AirBnB kitchens are very spartan. Everything is available here. Accommodation for 6 was not an issue, we had it very cozy. We all liked the location extremely well. The view of the magnificent Kornfeld was always a real joy. Because of the not so great weather, we didn't make great excursions, but that wasn't necessary at all. The surrounding area is nice for walks. And the beautiful farm meat and the farm cafe are nice points of contact in the village. Clear recommendation if you want to live really nicely in the countryside and are looking for a well-equipped apartment.

We were looking for a place to stay with a pool. In addition, Willingen is only about 30 minutes away by car. The pool was of course the highlight. The surroundings are nice and quiet. You have great views. Check-in and checkout also worked smoothly. 2 things we didn't like so much. The mattresses are very soft. The spine sags when lying down. This causes back pain. Free parking should be available on the premises. However, this is not available. We parked at the church, as we were told. The next day we had to stand between a garage exit and a property exit. Nevertheless, it is a great place to stay. The value for money is very good. Everything worked out great.

Terrific location in the heart of the old town. Quiet because the apartment faces across the valley away from the street. Spacious and well furnished. We stayed for a month - very comfortable!

Everything was great! The beds were very cozy and the use of the wellness area was definitely a highlight.

Just gorgeous! The house is super modern, stylishly furnished, well equipped and perfect for relaxing. The host was always available, incredibly friendly and helped us quickly and reliably with everything. The atmosphere was so relaxed that it didn't feel like Germany – but like a real vacation. We felt totally comfortable and would be happy to come back!
