This apartment offers a lot of privacy with its own sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is a cozy wood stove. Via an open staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which has 1 spacious double bed and 2 separate single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog, we charge 15 euros in cash upon arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire concrete floor has underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix (no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg appliances and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the enclosed laundry room. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two sections, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two separate single beds on the other. The room with the wooden floor and beds feels immediately relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. Guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden, there is a cozy seating area, relaxing chairs and a large picnic table. My friend and I are available by email, WhatsApp and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The city center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church, there are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and wonderful, with a number of cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Our 130 m² Zeeland crab was lovingly renovated in 2023/24 and impresses with a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen with gas fireplace, a separate bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom and a sauna. On the far south edge of the Sumio (formerly Landal) park Port Greve in Brouwershaven/Den Osse, our lovely cozy holiday home is in a quiet spot with a beautiful wide view and a lovely southwest garden with a trampoline and a swing bench.
