Sie wurde 2021 renoviert und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, einen Parkplatz und einen eigenen Garten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Buchberg im Kanton Schaffhausen. Der Flughafen Zürich, Schaffhausen und Winterthur sind je 20 bis 25 Minuten entfernt. Buchberg liegt am Rhein und ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Deutschschweiz und ins nahe Deutschland.

The apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house, on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by fields, forest and meadows. The apartment has a private seating area with seating for 4 people. The large garden all around, as well as the grill, may also be used. In the garden there is a hot tub, which can also be used by appointment and for an extra charge.

It has two rooms (1x 160x200cm and 2x 90x200cm), a kitchen, a small bathroom with toilet, living area and a garden in the countryside. The property does not have Wi-Fi. NOTE: cat household!
