Very nice apartment, well located next to Josaphat Park. the presence of the Intermarché at the bottom of the building is very convenient. perfect for a Brussels weekend.

The location is very convenient close to a major highway so you can easily get there by car, but still very quiet because it is at the back of the building.

My friend and I stayed for a few days in Emmanuelle's cozy kot because we had to be in Bruxelles for a festival. Our stay was absolutely delightful and everything went smoothly. Emmanuelle was really sweet and communcative. Merci beaucoup!

Very glad stayed in this warm place. Super-market, restaurant and bus/train station within walkable distance. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip.
