Kristen is a stellar host who put great thought into attention and detail to make the cottage warm, bright, welcoming, cozy, and comfortable. The home was lacking for nothing…books, games, a well-appointed kitchen, comfy furnishings, top-notch mattresses, lovely outdoor space, the mini split for climate control, and one cannot forget the fantastic outdoor shower!!! The location is perfect to walk to a private beach or downtown to explore the shops and restaurants. In a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. Also easy access to 6 and 6A for sightseeing adventures. My son is already talking about going back next year. We loved every minute of our stay!!!

We had a lovely stay! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It had everything we could possibly need during our winter getaway. The host sent clear and helpful instructions and we had no trouble getting into the house or finding the things we needed.

We had a wonderful time at this awesome historic home, which is filled with lovely antiques. The house has been updated to provide all the modern necessities that we needed, and the three window unit ACs kept the house surprisingly comfortable during our stay in a warmer-than-usual August. It offers a huge private yard (nice old trees!) with access to a large swimmable lake. Sarah and Olaf were ideal hosts - helpful, responsive, informative, and friendly. They live nearby, but provide total privacy. Our only concern when renting the property was that the twin beds might be too small for our two adult daughters. They ended up adapting pretty well, but it might be more challenging for taller folks! We would definitely stay here again - the mid-Cape location was ideal for us to explore all of Cape Code.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the cozy space on the screened-in porch. The living room was very comfortable as well.

PERFECT. This is one of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. It looks exactly like the pictures and it was spotless. The decor is so beachy and adorable! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, shower was huge, linens and towels were provided, and there was even a laundry room! It was super private- a walkout basement apartment with a separate entrance and plenty of parking. It cost about $100 less a night than a hotel- amazing deal. Jami was very responsive to any and all questions. I will absolutely be back- this place is a gem.

We had such a relaxing stay at Ann's amazing place! It was very clean, spacious, and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to unwind for the weekend. The bed was so comfy and it was great having a washer/dryer available. We really appreciated Ann's responsiveness and kindness throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week at Margaret's lovely home. The seven adults (and one new baby!) felt lucky to experience such a comfortable space. Every room in the house was welcoming, functional, and well-appointed. We loved hanging out in the cozy common spaces with fireplaces and good books to page through. The bedrooms were supplied with nice linens and good beds. The only downside? We ran out of time before we could take advantage of all that was offered. (Next time, Sauna!)

My first impression when I opened the door was just, Wow!! I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, on ponds or in the woods even, but this one was special, it felt more like art to me. There is so much gorgeous sunlight. Impressive windows throughout frame the view of the pond surrounded by the quiet woods. I felt like I was 100 miles from the next person. The main space has soothing elements of the far east, as well as vintage decor, sure to delight anyone with an appreciation for the nostalgic. The bathroom sparkled with a more modern feel, which contrasted nicely with the rest of the cottage. The shower is a showpiece with lots of space for two and a luscious smelling collection of bath supplies. The bedroom was a cozy nook that housed a tape player with a collection of music to inspire and was highlighted by a long, generous window that exposed me to happily waking with the sunshine. Macarena was a joy to talk with and I felt so comfortable in her home. A beautiful place to reconnect.
