This charming property dates back to the 18th century when it was a humble dairy farm. The 2 acre site has well tended gardens with no open water so suitable for young children. This is a very quiet location, with no neighbors, roads or traffic nearby. The gîte comprises of an open-plan kitchen/dinner with living room, and a bathroom with large shower on the ground level. Up the steep stairs is a generous airy family room with plenty of drawer and hanging space.

For a vacation or an overnight stay, we offer our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its multiple trails. 10 minutes from Quimper and 25 minutes from the beaches. The house is well-equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided. All local shops are 800 m from the vacation rental. Our main residence is on the same lot and Léon our bulldog is part of the family.(Dogs accepted upon request)

The Ker Odet studio enjoys an ideal location, allowing you to enjoy pleasant leisure or business stays in Quimper. The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!
