In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

Casa do Salgueirinho is located in the parish of Vide. A rustic corner, which sought to maintain the original features of the house, consistent with the schist villages, such as: stone walls, schist roof and some traditional objects used in the decoration. It is one of the most typical schist villages in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. A unique place, with traces of primitive vegetation. Casa do Salgueirinho is a privileged place with the sound and charm of Nature!
