Beautiful landscapes, perfect to relax as a family. The house is located south of Cuenca, a very nice area. It's very close to the Mega del Sur supermarket, where we found everything we needed. There was a supermarket, coffee and shops. We would definitely come back

I recommend the accommodation, the house is comfortable and impeccable, just as seen in the photos, it is just what I was looking for to spend... My family and I felt very good during our stay, the area is very quiet, we would definitely stay again on our next trip to Cuenca ☺️

Our group of 7 were very comfortable at Maria’s place. There are plenty of places to walk to around the house. We walked downtown several times and used the Azuay taxi app to get picked up at the driveway. Maria is very responsive and friendly.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, comfortable, clean, safe (located right in front of the police entrance), the hot water is well hot, the fireplace works perfectly and has a nice outdoor space. The hosts were really nice and helpful.

Marcos place is great. It has all you need to have nice stay in Cuenca. The best is Marco, always very attentive in helping with whatever is needed to make your stay enjoyable.

A comfortable, modern, safe accommodation, close to many tourist places, it is a cozy apartment with all the amenities and Daniela was always attentive to any concerns.

Andrés always responded quickly and was very attentive. The apartment is very nice in a safe area and close to supermarkets, 10 min by car to downtown Cuenca. 100% recommended!

The suite is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. Although it is small, it is very well distributed and has everything you need for a short and comfortable stay. What we loved the most was the terrace with that incredible view of the cathedral's domes!. The kitchen is very well equipped (with many implements that, although we did not use, we appreciated having just in case). The location is perfect - close to the city's main attractions, which allowed us to explore most places on foot smoothly. Definitely a place we'd go back to. Thank you for the attention and details!

I had been to Constantino's house before, this was my second time (the first was in 2021) and I was pleasantly surprised that the house has many improvements, such as various alcoholic beverages available for consumption (with an extra charge) and also, a space for a bonfire. The property is modern, elegant and located in a beautiful setting. An incredible plus is the service provided by Rosita, the housekeeper who makes breakfast and cleans the house. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends

We were truly blown away by our experience here! Francisco and Veronica were extremely helpful from the very beginning. The house is hard to find, even for taxis and locals, but they took all of the guesswork out for us by sending a video of how to get there which made checkin extremely easy. Cookies and other treats upon arrival-lovely! The house is beautiful and comfortable! The large windows and comforting fire make it romantic and fun! My kids loved the large yard and spent many hours playing there-no tv encouraged play! Water throughout the house is all filtered and drinkable and we could flush the toilet paper (amazing!) The kitchen had fantastic appliances and we were able to very comfortably cook throughout our two month stay. We loved the hot tub and used it frequently since the weather in Cuenca is always cool and perfect. Beautiful hikes from the house. A car is advisable but we could easily hail the bus outside their gate straight to town and used taxis without problem.

a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations

Really beautiful countryside, very friendly and accommodating host, clean and lots of fun activities.. the ping pong table, sauna and hot tub. We didn't feel comfortable with the 2 security cameras inside the house (who is comfortable with that?), but Paul was kind enough to disable them. Definitely meant for larger groups, so perhaps the price makes more sense in that context, but we felt that $400 for 2 nights was overpriced. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time!

Sandra was very nice, she was incredibly thoughtful, we told her that we were going with our two babies and she bought a rug so they can play on the floor. The house is very cozy and clean, we were 3 adults and two babies, the house is fully equipped and nothing was needed, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend Sandra and her house for a stay in Cuenca.
