Vacation rentals with a patio in Sawyer, Weesaw Township

Really nice, remodeled home! We loved our stay, the beds were comfy, and we loved relaxing in the living room after our jobs were done. We ate at the bar that was next to the home. AMAZING FOODIES‼️🫶 HIGHLY recommend this place, and look forward to staying again in the future.

There’s two 305 Main st. Be sure to go to the North 305. We went to the other address in error. We didn’t pay attention to the North or South. But it worked out great. Nice place to stay.

Definitely earning/maintaining Superhost credentials. Vonita went above and beyond to drop off a hair dryer after learning that the expected one was missing. The apartment was easily accessible and clean. Everything fit the description and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of clean linens. Garage parking was great. There were lots of special touches like bottles of water in the fridge and bags of tea and coffee available. Bedroom is outfitted nicely with a white noise machine. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We walked around after a long drive. Very grateful to have found this warm and welcoming home away fro home during our Notre Dame visit. Many thanks!!

This house is in THE BEST location for walking around Three Oaks. Across the street from Journeyman and we walked to breakfast, shopping, dinner, and a concert. It was so convenient! It is attached to another unit and we could hear their conversation thru the walls. It didn't bother us much since we were out for most of the day, but for those wanting to hang out in the house it could be bothersome. There were a couple of issues with the house that came up (out of their control) but Billy and Tom were great at communicating and quickly replying to me. Overall, I had a nice stay and I would recommend this place for its great location! I also recommend Oaks eatery for breakfast/lunch, Alan Ray's coffee shop, and longstory for cocktails and/or dinner.

Booked a little wine weekend with my girlfriend and this spot was a perfect place to stay for that, close to everything we wanted to do and see, place was clean and spacious and very quiet at night, couple of fun bars downtown of this area as well, everyone was friendly

Great location — perfect for local events we were attending! Lots of space in the Airbnb to spread out and bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our group!

We loved our stay at The Loft! The space was cozy and comfortable with great WiFi, and the river and Main Street were within easy walking distance. Chelsea, the host, was proactive, friendly, and always responsive. We will definitely stay here again in our future visits to Niles!

The most adorable cottage and getaway for my husband and I! I am picky and this one checked all the boxes. We loved being right across the street from the private access beach, walkable to Whistle Stop, comfortable and super clean accommodations - everything feels well thought out from the sheets to the design choices and we appreciated all of the details. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Peter and Sarah's home. It was perfect for our "Girls Weekend." Very welcoming and cozy, with comfy furniture and two beautiful heat producing fireplaces. The kitchen had every utensil and cookware we needed to prepare our food. Having a two car garage was a plus. I would definitely recommend this house for a Girls Weekend or a get away for Couples. Sarah and Peter were very accommodating, and got back to me quickly with answers to my questions or requests. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was so beautiful and was a perfect place to spend a girl’s weekend! Would recommend over and over again and would definitely stay here again! Mike was also very quick at responding (even on the weekend) and when something wasn’t right he was very quick it fix it.

My two Wisconsin families and I meet up at Travis's home for a reunion. The pool was so much fun and the hot. tub was totally enjoyed by all. We enjoyed the variety of activities available and had ping pong playoffs and billiard games too. The basket ball court was perfect for restless teens. We enjoyed the beauty of the back yard and had a game of family tag there one evening. The kitchen was the perfect place to gather for meal preparations and allowed them to be a more social experience. Our dinner on the screened in porch was so peaceful. We will remember our time in Sawyer with great fondness.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay with the husband and 3 kids and pup. Backyard was amazing- we used the fire pit twice, played with the ping pong table, played cornhole, and used the hot tub a few times as well. All of the amenities were great! There was a tent and wagon to use for the day we spent at the beach. Wish we would have used the pizza oven but didn’t have great weather for that. Lots of dishes and pots and pans for use to cook there at home, lots of towels, the hot water was plentiful and great. Played the Nintendo switch and sang karaoke on YouTube using the 2 speaker microphones. So many generous amenities for a relaxing family vacation! Only (silly) additional things that would have made it more at home is some more kitchen amenities like napkins and plastic wrap/baggies for storing food, a couple of night lights maybe for the bathroom (for the kids) and the couch didn’t feel super sturdy. Everything was great and as described, I highly recommend. Everyone was happy!

Charles and Tonja's place was very welcoming. We felt right at home. Everything that we needed was there, even had baby supplies and toys for my 2 year old. The place was able to accommodate guest for dinner, plenty of furniture. Would definitely stay there again. They replied really fast and were very accommodating.

loved our peaceful stay here! for part of the stay we were two families with four kids ages 2-7 and we had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy different spaces inside and outside of the house. the kids loved the play structure and we loved the hot tub. we cooked dinner in the very well-equipped kitchen. it was fun to walk to both the fruit stand and wine bar close by! we also walked to the dunes which was a little bit of a trek w the little kids/walking on the side of the road w no sidewalks but maybe we didn't take the best route. easy drive to everywhere in sawyer and beyond. all in all we loved this stay, very relaxing and we hope to be back!

Highly recommended! Conveniently located for Notre Dame (go Irish!), pristine condition, kitchen & bathrooms well supplied, comfy & relaxing atmosphere. Very responsive host (one minor issue was fixed the same day with great communication). It was above our expectations - look forward to staying again!

The condo was exactly as described. It’s in a great location and we really liked that it’s set back a bit from the road so it feels like a private entrance. Everything we needed was all within walking distance and Lisa left some really solid recommendations. Looking forward to staying again!

Joshua’s place is the best in South Bend! Impressed everyone in our family. I heard the word “Wow” from everyone in our group. Stunning design and comfortable layout. The high end kitchen was great for preparing a brunch for the Graduates! Plenty of room in the apartment. Safe and secure access and garage parking too. This place is a dream!! Private access to a huge outdoor deck and separate kitchen, outdoor grill, and two fire pits and several outdoor seating areas. Our family can’t wait for our next visit! Go Irish! We absolutely loved our stay!!

Let me begin by saying we can’t wait to stay again. The location was absolutely amazing, particularly if you, like us, adore sunsets. We enjoyed the walk to the beach which is on the property and found the sunsets breathtaking. The beach is beautiful and allowed us to walk three miles. The unit was very clean and had what we needed. We were able to cook in two nights and enjoy a Saugutuck restaurant one evening. Patricia was very communicative and was prompt in responses to questions. We simply could not have enjoyed a better stay. We look forward to coming back.

Place was fantastic and so convenient to campus. Would come back again and again!!

The area was quiet and we liked the fact it had a small gym. For the money we paid it was everything we expected and convenient to drive to shops. If you want convenience in a quiet location then it's perfect. The bed was quiet comfortable too, although we didn't use the pillow as I bought our own. Plenty of space for 2 people, actually also 4 with a nice large kitchen table.

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette weekend, it was perfect! Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away! Would definitely come again.

Stayed here for ND graduation weekend. 2 blocks from my son’s apartment and walkable to campus. Katie responds almost immediately to everything. The Kuerig wasn’t working and she had a new one delivered within hours (to our complete surprise). She allowed us to check in early and this apartment is so well maintained. We were very impressed. Would highly recommend of anything related to Notre Dame.
