This is a modern, comfortable, clean and spacious house just a few paces from the lake, with several restaurants, a boulangerie and a grocery store just around the corner, yet it's amazingly quiet! Our family spent a wonderful time here. The house is well maintained and everything works perfectly. A perfect choice for a family of four!

Felt like we were pen pals !!Fantastic place for my partner and I and my daughter and son-in-law with three small grandsons and two friends. Great house everything we needed. Would highly recommend for families. My three small grandsons 7, 5 and 2 loved it too so ma many toys and a safe big child friendly garden . Wish we had stayed longer than one week. We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We implemented his tips and discovered many great places around Annecy in the short time. His remarks on the history of this city were also exciting and very interesting. Thank you for the time. We had a great evening with my spouse at Cyndie's place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the layout is original and really cute. The jacuzzi is a real plus! 🤗

The accommodation is beautifully decorated, pleasant and quiet, it feels like home. The balcony is decorated with various flowers and shrubs. The breakfast offered by Christian is worth 5 stars: 3 possibilities to make coffee (Italian, filter and dolce gusto), orange juice, brioche, tea, etc. Supermarket 2 steps from the accommodation, the bus that connects to the city center is at the bottom of the building and you can walk to the city center (about 30 min).

My stay at Corinne's was 7 days in which I felt completely at home. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 6-story building just opposite the exit of the train station. However, the apartment faces the interior of a block of flats, so that hardly any noise can be heard from the vicinity of the station. Of course, in the evening you can hear your neighbors and cleaning work in the restaurants on the ground floor. Windows and doors keep tight and it was not disturbing. In exchange, you can spend a cozy summer evening on the balcony terrace in the evening (if the season is right). On the whole, all amenities are in the apartment, which also came extremely clean and well maintained. Due to the size of the interior, this offer is really only for solo travelers. In my opinion, however, the best was made of the spatial conditions with intelligent solutions. I would come back anytime.

Pleasant and quiet accommodation, with nice decoration and a good quality bed, close to the highway access and close enough to Annecy. The owners give all the useful information before and on site with a welcome booklet, and remain discreet during the stay. Very good.

We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at Celine’s apartment. The home is well equipped with everything we needed, all fittings and appliances are modern and work well. A very comfortable bed ensured a good night’s sleep. And we enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony. The location was great to access the old town and with easy undercover parking made it a good base to explore the area by car. It was nice to meet Celine and her husband who made us feel welcome and helped us with our check in.

Located about 20 minutes from the Mont Blanc Tunnel, the chalet is located at a height and enjoys a magnificent view (which must be even more beautiful when the weather is clear). The room is in impeccable condition, the dinner tray, offered on request, delicious and the breakfast was huge. Finally Katia and Michel know how to put you at ease and welcome you with great hospitality. Clearly a recommended property.

Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and nice breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.
