Appartement meublé dans une grange rénovée au hameau de Tincave. Village calme et authentique, en versant sud à 1400m d'altitude, face aux glaciers de la Vanoise et au domaine de Courchevel. Surface d'environ 60 m2. Pièce de vie avec cuisine entièrement équipée, plaque 4 feux gaz, hotte, four, lave-vaisselle, micro ondes et frigo. Salon avec fauteuils et canapé cuir convertible (2 couchages), TV écran plat, connexion internet (WIFI ou éthernet), lecteur DVD, chaîne. Multiples rangements. Chambre avec lit double et coin montagne ( lits superposés). Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Chauffage au sol solaire et poêle (bois compris). Terrasse 10m2 exposée sud-est. Accès station de Courchevel et domaine des 3 vallées, 20 min en voiture du Praz (depart telecabine / parking gratuit ) ou navette gratuite depuis bozel. Accès station de Champagny en vanoise et domaine du paradiski, 15 min en voiture de la station. Accès station de Meribel, 35 min en voiture. Départ de randonnées pédestres et cyclo en été et raquettes et ski de rands en hiver depuis le hameau (nous nous trouvons dans le pré-parc de la Vanoise !). Décollage de parapente à 5 min en voiture ou 10 min à pied. A 7 min, village de Bozel toutes commodités, restaurants ... petit lac avec baignade surveillée (l'été!) et bar/resto/concert. Autres activités possibles dans les alentours : Aqua motion de Courchevel ( centre aquatique, spa...) VTT de descente dans le domaine des 3 Vallées, via ferrata, escalade, parcours accro-branche, descente kayak et rafting. Frais de ménage facultatif 30 € de 1 à 2 nuits et 50 € pour plus, à nous régler lors de votre séjour si vous ne souhaitez pas nettoyer le logement vous même. Caution 400 euros

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

Ideally located (close to the Entremont Valley, the Chartreuse National Park, 45 minutes from Annecy, it is a quiet and sunny place with a large terrace that will allow you to welcome your family or friends in peace. Terraced house in the back, you have no vis-à-vis.

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
