Charming little atypical cottage

Charming cottage in a rural setting, located in the commune of Champagny-sous-Uxelles, a village near Cluny and other Jewel of the 'French Roman Art such as Chapaize and Tournus. Castles, wine cellars, artisan workshops, a lake with supervised swimming in summer, hiking trails, and bike rentals on the greenway will also entice you. The lovely view from the upstairs veranda, the private garden, and the separate outdoor dining area await you for a pleasant stay. Bed linen and towels are included.

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. St Gengoux is ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bicycle path.
