L'ÉTAPE, Chalonnaise coast: functional calm

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

Relax in this quiet and unique house located in the heart of a medieval village full of character. On the 1st floor, living room and equipped kitchen (+ dishwasher). The kitchen overlooks the small private garden. A staircase takes you to the second floor with a large bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs. St Gengoux is ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and has direct access to a bicycle path.

The apartment includes all the comforts with an open kitchen, 1 seating area and 2 beds (140 and 90), a bathroom with shower and a terrace Spacious and comfortable studio for 3 people upstairs (with stairs)

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. The main room with its old terracotta tile, includes an equipped kitchen, a dining area, a lounge area in front of the wood stove, a 90 cm bed.
