On the 2nd floor, the entrance via the patio leads to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room; the living room has 1 sofa, 1 TV, and 1 work area + 1 toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: the first bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm double bed, with the bathroom + toilet adjoining, and the second bedroom has 2 90 x 190 cm single beds.
