There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

A very pleasant stay at Baptiste's in a typical accommodation, very comfortable, very clean and very well equipped. There's nothing missing! Everything has been thought out to make life easier for tenants. We were easily able to park, restaurants are just around the corner… really great!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was amazing! The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort, which made our stay very comfortable. Comfortable accommodation for a stay of 6 people. Steeven was responsive when we had to ask him to bring us the missing linens for two of the people. The accommodation is well located for getting to the Futuroscope (about 15 min by car). I would highly recommend it.

Very good stop at this host. The bathroom opposite the apartment is not at all disturbing. The apartment was spotless. Responsive host, no problems.

Very nice apartment with all the amenities available. Sheets and towels are provided, the neighborhood is very quiet, it is not noisy although it overlooks a busy street. It is very well located, 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian center of Poitiers and 20 minutes by car to Futuroscope. There is one parking space included close to the property. Instructions for retrieving keys are sent to you within the day. The owners are very responsive. We would recommend this property if you want to stay in Poitiers or visit the surroundings
