The cottage has a natural pool (10x12m) of a vegetable garden, an organic orchard, a bocce court and a garden out of sight.

Come and rest cool in the countryside in a tranquil setting to enjoy nature. The apartment is 40m². A large room of 30m² with bedroom area, seating area and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Independent entrance and easy and free parking in front of our house. The house in which you will be housed is a fully renovated 65m2 habitable townhouse less than 5 minutes walk from Poitiers SNCF train station. It is at the foot of the viaduct allowing access to the city center in less than 10 minutes on foot. Access to Futuroscope park can be done by train (10 minutes), by car (15 minutes) or by bus.
