This privileged spot, just 5km from the historic town of Duras with its medieval chateau, is ideal for exploring the area, but also for enjoying nature and walking through the nearby shady woods. Dogs love it here! The cottage offers its own private, enclosed garden, 2 terraces, parking and small swimming pool with sun deck.

The Dordogne river, St Emilion and Bergerac are nearby. The local area is excellent for walking, cycling, fishing, golf, visits to vineyards and delicious food. Mirathe

"Mirathe" is nestled in the middle of the Baleyssagues hazelnut groves and a few minutes' walk from the Village des Pruniers. It is also close to Duras, with its weekly markets and impressive castle, and the bastide of Monsegur, famous for its annual jazz festival. Located on the borders of Dordogne (Bergerac airport 40 minutes away), Lot-et-Garonne and Gironde (Bordeaux 1 hour 20 minutes away), Mirathe is an ideal base for discovering this beautiful region.

Air-conditioned dependency among vineyards and forests benefiting from a kitchenette with hot drinks available, close to many places of visit (Château de Duras, Bergerac, Saint Emilion,.) Independent access to the accommodation with parking, outdoor terrace, barbecue and jacuzzi (see conditions of use under the heading: Other information to note). Access to the mezzanine is via a milling ladder. Pet accepted under certain conditions Fenced grounds.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Started in Normandy, the gîte and bed and breakfast activity of the Manoir du Picaud will see the light of day in 2022 after a lot of interior work, choosing this area that has been dormant for a few years to best receive my guests in this magnificent region.  To preserve the calm and serenity of this exceptional site, the manor is located on the plateau extending Monbazillac, above Bergerac.
