It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions. A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
