(30 minutes from Nantes, 35 minutes from La Baule and the medieval city of Guérande) The environment: • The vacation rental is located close to a farm in a peaceful and green setting • We do not accept pets because there is already a dog on site • Many nearby businesses (5 min) + train station (2 min) + 2x2 lanes (5 min)

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, close to the LAKE and these activities (swimming pool, tree climbing, tennis, etc.) La Mer is about 30min drive, for excursions on our beaches (Pornichet, la Baule, Pornic). Feed our 2 cats please (food provided and they live outside).
