Between 20 and 30 km from the sea, you can discover our wild coast and its salt marshes while enjoying the calm of our countryside. When you arrive at our home, you will discover our local producers' store where a pretty fruit basket will be waiting for you. 5 min from 1 shopping area and the 4-lane highway. Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

Come and stay in our house 🏠 1100m2 + Private wood of 1 hectare, just for you! Available this summer 2025. No parties allowed. Ideal for a family (games available, foosball ...) wishing to enjoy our region. Between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, close to the LAKE and these activities (swimming pool, tree climbing, tennis). The sea is about 30 minutes by car, for excursions to our beaches (Pornichet, La Baule, Pornic). Only request is to feed our 2 cats please (food provided)

Cosy studio

Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them in the outdoor area. Studio of 28 m2 completely renovated. Quiet in the village of Cordemais, close to a supermarket, bakery and bar, tobacco, press. Ideal for 2 people, but possibility of staying up to 4 people with an extra charge of €10 per night for the use of the sofa bed, for the supply of the necessary linen and the tourist tax. This stone house, newly renovated in 2023, close to major roads, is ideally located halfway between Nantes (30 min) and St Nazaire (25 min). Cordemais Power Plant and Donges Refinery 15 minutes away; Pornichet/La Baule 30 minutes away. You will find the La Colleraye-Savenay shopping area 5 minutes away. You will find everything you need (Hyper U, gas station, restaurants...)

Studio on two levels in a green and calm environment. A corner of the garden will be at your disposal, where you will be able to come across chickens and roosters who will come to greet you. Parking is possible in the courtyard or in front of the house. Prohibited: Smoking / Vaping / Animals / Unauthorized people. Obligation: make the apartment clean.
