Conveniently located within walking distance to amenities in Madeira Park and only a 20 minute drive to 6 different lakes, numerous hiking trails, parks, beaches and fishing. Great for kids and well behaved dogs. Best suited for couples and small family's. *Dog's are welcome, subject to approval and pet fee. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, hiking in the summer, storm watching in the fall, or a 30 minute drive to Mt. Washington in the winter. Please note we have a Nest camera doorbell.
