Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Savannah River

This place was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect and was right by a lot of the eateries I frequent when in Savannah. Once you locate a good parking spot, you don’t have to move your car again because there are so many things in walking distance. The condo is lovely and looks exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were super comfy and I was grateful for the air purifiers. I deal with allergies and they can sometimes flare up when I travel and sleep different places, but no problems here. If stairs are an issue for you, this is not the place for you because there are quite a few to climb before you reach the floor for this beautiful home away from home. We saw it has a great way to exercise so it was ok for us. The hosts are clear about the stairs in the description, so please don’t breeze past that. There is no elevator option. I would gladly stay here again!

Matthew’s place was wonderful and exactly as described … wish we could’ve stayed longer. The place was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. He was responsive and very easy to communicate with! Plan on staying here again when we come back …. Thanks Matthew 🙏🏼

As soon as my family walked in to Sarah’s place the first thing we noticed was how great it smelled! Whoever cleaned this beautiful home did an incredible job. This was our first time visiting Savannah and we couldn’t have picked a better location. After we were done admiring the charm and character of the condo, we took a very short walk down the street to Forsyth Park. Then we took a 5 minute drive down to the river front area. This was only a short stop on longer roadtrip but now we are planning a trip back to Savannah solely based on this experience and Sarah’s condo. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Attractive, well-appointed corner unit on the 3rd floor of a secure, restricted-access, residential building. Safe, convenient parking in a city-operated parking garage behind the building (one space free; additional spaces at reasonable rates). Five minutes by foot to multiple fine-dining options (including a gem of a local restaurant named Chive). The bustling area along the river walk becomes noticeably nosier on weekends as tourists congregate to enjoy the dining/entertainment activities that bring us to downtown Savannah in the first place. A definite 'do-over'.

Diana provided very specific information prior to our arrival to easily find her rental, easily find parking (no problem even though the location was only one block away from beautiful Forsyth Park), and easily gain access. The room was private and included a well stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries, and a comfortable bed with substantial pillows. Diana was also very responsive - within no more than a few minutes - in answering or clarifying any questions we had. She provided a manual with details about the unit including a range of restaurants and tours nearby. We loved the location and would definitely rent from Diana again.

Great apartment, nicely decorated and with significant space (large living room especially). Beautiful backyard. Great location right on Forsyth park. Walking distance to downtown and most attractions.

We wanted to stay on Jones St. and live “the good life” for a week and are very happy we paid for the higher end Airbnb for the experience. First of all, Jones is as beautiful as they say it is and Sabrina’s place is in an ideal location on the Street. The apartment is beautiful (1st time I have stayed in a place with 12’-14’ ceilings), Street parking was easy! I picked up a 5 day parking tag from the easily walkable town office and we could then park anywhere street parking was available in Savannah without worrying about meters. Sabrina’s kitchen is well equipped when we weren’t out to eat and the many amazing restaurants. This was a spacious, beautiful place with an amazing host. I will stay again.

Solid stay! 5 minute walk to River Street and historic Savannah. The check in process was smooth and the traffic pace was exactly as described. The ONLY thing I would change or recommend is bring your own pillow! The pillows were worn and flat and couldn’t find and spares.

Julie’s place is by far the best property I’ve ever stayed at. For brevity here’s my favorite things: Cuter than the photos (how is that even possible??), 5-8 minutes away from everything, fast & clear communication, thoughtful snacks waiting for our arrival, sparkling clean, well appointed, and the best checkout instructions ever: ‘no chores on vacation, lock the door behind you!!’ If I ever make it back to Savannah I will definitely stay here. I wish Julie had property in all my favorite places!

Sarah and Michael were unbelievably accommodating on very short notice! The house was pristine! Although we did not do much eating there, we could’ve eaten off the floor;) they had everything we needed and more! The bed and linens were super comfortable! We walked downtown for dinner and we were going to leave first thing in the morning but ended up walking to get coffee and through the park, which was lovely. We would stay there again in a minute and can’t wait to do so :-) highly recommend to you and anyone you care about that is coming to Savannah!

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We visited with our Son and Daughter in law, and twin grandsons and the home was perfect. The toys at the house were a hit with our 20 month old grandsons! Thank you so much.

We had a great stay at this cozy Savannah home! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the house was spotless and welcoming. My dogs especially loved the fenced-in backyard—it was perfect for them! Ian was super communicative and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a wonderful property and experience. Highly recommend!

Clean, modern and well appointed. Great location in between Savannah and Tybee Island - can get to either one in 15 minutes. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the area!

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Mike and Sarah’s condo! Location was easy to access and very close to Forsyth park (easy walk), which is why we booked since we were in town for a wedding. Street was quiet and very picturesque, and we got around easy either driving or using Lyft. Condo was quiet and clean, normal amount of street noise for an old building. We had no complaints!

We really enjoyed our quick stay in the Penthouse! It was very comfortable and met all of our needs! The beds were very comfortable and it was such a great location!! We will be back for sure!

This home was exactly like the pictures. Spacious and very comfortable. Amanda was very accommodating allowing us to check in an hour early as the cleaning staff had everything completed. We had been driving for 6-1/2 hours so it was greatly appreciated. The home was in very close proximity to shopping, restaurants and beautiful Telfair Square.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The living room is spacious: couch is comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice dining area. Both rooms were very clean and had king size beds. We prefer even firmer matresses but I think most people will be happy with these. Both bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels and toiletteries to use. The neighborhood is great with lots of little cafés and dining spots and is close to the park. If you don’t mind walking, you can get your daily steps in with walking into downtown/historic area. We highly recommend staying at this place and will certainly consider this spot whenever we come back to Savannah.

We got really lucky finding this place. The location was phenomenal! You could literally walk everywhere. We didn’t think the outside noise was loud and didn’t have any issues sleeping. Alyssa was very responsive and helpful with her recommendations.

Happy with Sarah and Michael’s place to stay during a girls only, first time trip to Savannah! Being located near Forsyth park, this was the perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see. The first floor of this home was great for 2 older gal traveling together, we each had our own bedroom/bathroom, and space to eat, relax and visit. The beautiful front door, elegant foyer, the style of decor, interesting artwork, and such beautiful chandeliers all added to the peaceful ambiance that we thoroughly enjoyed. We did not feel unsafe in this rental, and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankfully we had a rental car because the walk would have been much too far for us, and we didn’t want to use public transit. Suggestions would be to bring a sleep mask if you are bothered by light at night because there is a security light on a nearby pole that shines into the bedrooms at night. Ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, we heard some voices, but a minimal issue. Loved it!

Amazing place to stay! Comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Having a brita in the fridge was a game changer. This is a wonderful place! Only ** If you are a light sleeper this may not be the best place for you. The neighbors are quite loud - they kept me up until 4AM most of the nights unfortunately.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had a super trendy, cute condo/loft vibe and was the perfect spot for exploring Savannah—just minutes from downtown and River Street. The backyard was a huge bonus and worked perfectly for our dog! Sarah and Mike were incredibly responsive and so flexible with our check-in time, which made everything even easier. We’d absolutely stay here again—can’t recommend it enough!
