Quiet apartment in small bucolic condominium with interior courtyard, located in the center of the village, 20 minutes from Montpellier and 25 minutes from the beaches by car. Parking nearby. Small shops nearby (Lidl), shopping malls 5 minutes and 10 minutes away, Arena 10 minutes away. Two greenways 5 minutes away, one to explore the hinterland and the other to discover the Petite Camargue (possibility of renting electric bikes). Train station with free parking 5 minutes by car, city bus service.

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in living room). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen essentials. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the neighborhood and will be available if needed.

The terrace and a relaxation area will help you suspend time. A beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, and a bedroom with bay window overlooking a superb view. All air-conditioned. Ideally located just behind the Museum of Fine Arts, 7mm walk from the train station (the sea 45mm), 400m from the bullring and the historic center, very quiet area, no need for a car to visit the city. Composed of an entrance, a living room kitchen with a mezzanine for sleeping and a bathroom with shower. The set overlooks course, without opposite. Nîmes is classified city of art and history and will delight its visitors thanks to the Roman remains it houses.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool.
