You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

The Perchoir des Graves

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Breakfast is included!

Notre gîte, au milieu des vignes avec sauna et jacuzzi privatif se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine tout équipée (cafetière nescafé et dosettes fournies),d'un canapé lit, une salle d'eau ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec un lit 160×200. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather, refurbished in the Landes style. On the agenda, forest walks, canoeing on the Ciron, bike paths, cultural visits... 10 min from Sauternes, 15 min from Bazas, close to all amenities (3 km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available for guest use. The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding on a very quiet little street. The accommodation is completely private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its lovely terrace. On the 2nd floor, a cozy, air-conditioned studio with a sloping ceiling and a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine-producing châteaux. There is a small sitting area with a comfortable double bed and a single sofa bed.
