Historic house in Åbøbyen district

The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right by Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden town built for the factory at the beginning of the 20th century. The house is in original style, but has been completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms distributed on the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short distance to Sauda bath, duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the fast boat dock where the boat from Stavanger comes in. Bed linen can be rented for 150kr per set.

Spacious, renovated older house a stone's throw from the sea. Parking in your own courtyard. Large garden with trampoline and patio, spacious and sunny porch with barbecue facilities. Short distance to ski resorts, ski and hiking trails, swimming facilities, beach, sea and mountain fishing, golf course, etc. Good playgrounds for children in the immediate vicinity. 5 minutes by car to the cozy city center. Rowboat and fishing opportunities at the seafront (must be carried by 2-3 people). Sauda Fjordcamping is close by. Linen & towels are included

Large house centrally located in Sauda with amazing views!

Large older brick house with 5 bedrooms and stunning views out to Saudafjorden. It is about 450m to grocery and downtown. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Svandalen ski center, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. All you have to bring are bed linens and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games like badmington, frisbee and horseshoe and an electric bike for you to use.

A spacious terrace features wooden decking, accommodating outdoor furniture including chairs and a dining table. Planters with greenery are present at the edges, providing a natural touch. The surrounding landscape reveals distant mountains under a partially cloudy sky.

Short distances to mountain hikes, fjords, swimming spots and Sauda center. Large plot to play on. Two bicycles at your disposal . Terrace with dining area, deck chairs, cushions and sunbed. My home, for rent a few days a year. The beds are made and included in the price. There are clean towels on the beds. Here you don't have to pay a cleaning fee, please leave the place as you found it. Go hiking to Brekkeheia, Rondehaugen, Varen, or Lillebekk, find your hiking boots and walk from the house.

Beautifully restored house on gardstun in Hellandsbygd

Along the national tourist road is beautiful Hellandsbygd not far from Sauda. From Sauda follow Highway 520 towards Røldal. Hellandsbygdveien 688. From Røldal follow rv 520 towards Sauda. The road from Røldal to Sauda is winter closed from about November to May. Here you get beautiful nature just outside the doors in summer and winter time. Short distance to ski slopes and beautiful Sauda center with shops, restaurants, cinema and heated outdoor swimming facility.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Saudafjord. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, combined living room and kitchen with full equipment and dishwasher, TV, internet, comforter and pillows. Bed linen can be ordered for NOK 120,- per person.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Easy to keep warm. Right by the fjord, short distance to all kinds of winter and summer activities and nature experiences. 100 year old house with soul. Not big and perfect, but small and nice. 5 minute drive to cozy city center with year-round outdoor pool Access to boathouse with sit on top kayaks and sup boards. Trip tips and firewood included.

Nostalgia in farmers' surroundings. The house is at 6km from Sauda centre which has cozy shops, nice cafes, new swimming facility and great new culture house+++ From Saudasjøen to the house 2,5 km. For uphill ski slopes 1 km and 2 km from the ski center. Many nice hiking opportunities in the area. The tourist attraction Allmannajuvet and the zinc mines are a 20 minute drive from Svandal.

Welcome to our holiday home with a great location by the sea. The boathouse is equipped with outdoor furniture and two canoes, and can be used as a barbecue area. The boathouse doors can be opened to the sea without being disturbed by others. Please note: Parties and larger gatherings are not allowed.
