Relax in this unique and tranquil home adjoining our 1873 home with access to an unenclosed private garden. Its location, in the countryside, on the edge of the forest and 20 minutes from the ocean makes it a place of serenity and calm. The proximity to the Capbreton highway (5min) and the Marais d 'Orx Nature Reserve (10min) is an asset for visiting the area and for nature lovers. Newly built and designed in an L shape around its covered terrace, it cultivates the art of living outside as much as inside. In the morning, light floods in through the large bay windows. In the evening, we dine under the wooden porch, sheltered, while the garden falls asleep.
