Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. Located at the bottom of a quiet residential park, away from the road and surrounded by greenery, the accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends. A common and secure swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. The residence in a peaceful area is on the edge of Hossegor, at the start of forest hikes and bike paths to the ocean. Bakery in the center of the village Shops 5 minutes away by car 10 mins from the beaches of Hossegor and Seignosse. 50 minutes to Spain.

Linens (beds made) and cleaning included. Welcome to our contemporary villa of 110 sqm, 4-star, air-conditioned, with heated salt pool. Nestled in a green setting, in the Hossegor area, Seignosse. Ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends. You will be greeted by Catherine de la Conciergerie de l 'Etang Blanc who will be available if needed throughout your stay. Flexible check-in and check-out times outside July/August, please feel free to ask.

Quiet cottage in the middle of greenery, at the bottom of a residential park. Secure shared pool. Ocean a 10-minute drive away. Living room with open kitchen. Large veranda furnished as a living room with sofa bed, TV/Wi-Fi. A first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed with storage. Small bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, a table and chairs, deckchairs, umbrella, barbecue (electric).

Charming garden studio

Charming studio located only 10 minutes from the ocean. It has a main room also serving as a bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200), a TV and connected speaker, a coffee area and an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. We provide bed linen as well as towels. The studio also has paid option access to a hot tub. The entrance is common to the house and the accommodation is not overlooked.

Fully renovated 24 m2 studio with sunny terrace, and small garden. It is attached to our house but has its own independent entrance. The proximity of the beaches with the most beautiful surf spots: Penon, Bourdaines, Estagnot (15 min by bike, the bike path passes in front of the house), Hossegor, golf and the forest offers a multitude of activities for all tastes. Calico is an outbuilding of our house where we live. Even though we share the grounds, you'll have your own entrance and independence. We will be there if needed, while respecting your privacy. It is modern and warm, with California and Mid-Century inspired decoration for a truly disconnected oceanfront experience

Eco / Green bungalow at the heart of the forest

At the heart of a pine forest, on a plot of 1.2 hectares, a nice bungalow handmade by carpenters, in ecological materials. 25 m2 independent from our home. Absolute calm and beautiful landscapes. Here nothing but the forest, the flowers and the stars. A real break with the day to day life to relax.
