To reach your 600 sq/ft studio cottage, use the private entrance to access the stairway. Along with a full bath and a convenient kitchenette, you are welcomed to a large open living space with double sliding glass doors that lead you to your own 180 sq/ft private balcony nestled among the live oaks. All guest bookings w favorable prior history will be considered.

Our beautiful beach condo has been in our family for 37 years. Just a short 2 blocks to the sand and ocean and a stone's throw to the pool and tennis court. Our children and grandchildren love coming to Fernandina Beach - we hope the same for you and your family! Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 adult bikes, beach towels and a few sand digging toys are available to make your stay enjoyable. When not in the pool or on the beach - Fort Clinch is a bike ride away!
