The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

The cottage is located only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

In the surroundings, there are nice trails for hiking and cycling. The cottage is cozy with wooden walls indoors, visible and saved old forged details. You will also find good shopping in Kupolen Borlänge just 18 km away. Firewood for the fireplace is on site. During spring, summer and autumn, the deep Solvarbo ravine is 100 meters from the house, which provides a nice nature experience. In Säter there is also a golf course in beautiful nature by Lake Ljustern.
