Apartment No. 2 (60 m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk away via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. Highlights include the enclosed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

On request, we will put fresh buns in front of the apartment door every morning on request.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The apartment is located directly on the national park and the cliffs of Rügen. Restaurants, shopping, museums and the harbor can be found in the city. The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
