Located in via Fiorentini, the main street of the Sasso Barisano, it is ideal for enjoying the Sassi of Matera to the fullest. Strategic and easily accessible location. Upstairs is the bedroom with its own bathroom. On the ground floor the master bathroom, the kitchen and a splendid living area, connected to the wellness area on the lower floor.

Affittasi settimanalmente (dal sabato al sabato) appartamentini completamente indipendenti. Gli appartamenti, ristrutturati di recente, sono immersi nella pineta, in posizione molto tranquilla, a circa 1,5 km dal mare (in loco possibilità noleggio bici). Tre vani e accessori e con terrazzino privato e accesso indipendente, lavatrice, tv 40", connessione Wi-Fi, aria condizionata e posto auto all'interno del giardino. Prima di ogni nuovo ingresso viene fatta la sanificazione con ozono.
