I have been a guest here for the 2nd time and it will not be the last time. The apartment is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is comfortable and nothing else is missing Iris and Britta are great hosts and make it really nice for the guests! The new parking space right outside the door is another plus.

Mechthild has a welcoming home with everything that's needed..it is clean and has enough space with comfortable beds, bathroom, kitchen. Very good!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There was a possibility to store our own bikes dry. You can easily walk to the city and to surrounding restaurants and still have your peace and privacy :-) We can definitely recommend the place.

We stayed at Marina's for the second time and it was a nice and quiet stay like last time. The apartment is very clean, has a great forest location and is nice and quiet. In addition, Marina is super friendly and always quick to reach.

We had a perfect stay here. The house is very complete, very clean and spacious. The area rural and very quiet. There is plenty of space to sit outside. Communication with the host is fine: warm people. Please note: the height on the ground floor is no more than 1.85 meters. The height of the ceiling itself is 1.95 meters.

100 out of five possible stars from eight women – that says it all, doesn't it? My seven friends and I spent a fantastic long weekend in Monika and Max's great house. The house is not only stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also super thoughtful – especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired (and that means something with eight hungry women!). It was just perfect for our girls' trip. We lacked absolutely nothing – except perhaps a reason to stay longer. Communication with Monika was excellent from start to finish – fast, warm and helpful. Tecklenburg and the surroundings are also beautiful – if you can manage to leave this cozy house at all. We thank you very much and can fully recommend this special home away from home!

This place is wonderful! Close walking proximity of the city center. Spacious and with everything you need. The balcony is a big plus for sitting outside and enjoying a lovely morning or evening. You are sharing the upper floor of a house — but there is a walled-off glass area that gives you a clear sense of privacy and separation. You may hear sounds from below, but it’s really no big deal. Plus, there are extra beds upstairs if you have a larger group and want to rent those separately. The infrared sauna up there is an extra plus. In all: I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and would highly recommend this place!

Heinz and his wife are great helpful and super nice hosts. We stayed with four adults and three children and had a great time at Heinz's place. I can recommend it without hesitation. Best regards and maybe see you again soon.

Great place to stay for a family celebration over Pentecost in Bad Essen. Had relatives staying in two of the apartments. Too bad they were only there to sleep and have breakfast, according to the unanimous opinion. The apartment was huge, everything very spacious.

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Monika is a very helpful and nice person. We especially liked that practically everything you could ever need was available. The apartment was sparkling clean and the view from the roof terrace wonderful. We will be happy to come back.

This accommodation met my expectations, everything was as described, there was coffee, tea, which is appreciated, to have something hot. Nothing to add, Ann is simply a super host. The apartment is exactly as described, practical, modern, functional and with good taste in its decoration.

We stayed at Merle's cottage for 2 nights due to a wedding we had there. The cottage is very nicely located right in the center but still quiet. It is very cozy, tasteful and very clean. Sufficient parking space in the neighbourhood.

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates very friendly and responsive. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very convenient, as you do not have to hand over keys :-)

Very nice place to stay. We felt right at home! Great amenities, sparkling clean, beautiful balcony overlooking the countryside, beautiful bathroom and above all nice and quiet location. Bike trails and the Teutoburg Forest are nearby. Very friendly and helpful landlords! We found the apartment right away and were warmly welcomed. We'll be back!
