Monthly Rentals in Sassafras Mountain

The house was perfect for our stay! We had everything we needed inside and outside. All of the basic necessities were provided (and then some!). We really enjoyed the firepit and outdoor space. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable, with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. The property is serene and beautiful, with easy access to many hiking areas, waterfalls, and outdoor activities. It was also really easy to get to downtown Brevard (<30 min) as well as Asheville (<1 hr). We highly recommend!

The house was clean and comfortable, and it felt more spacious than we expected from the photos. It was a great base for activities at Du Pont State Forest. We found the bicycle-themed decor to be a nice touch.

Had a great stay at Jay and Dorothy's place. The home was in a location very convenient to where we were hiking. Very lovely home and super clean. The hosts made sure you had everything needed for your stay. A lot of extras amenities to keep you entertained. Movies, books, games, and corn horn. The property was like your own little oasis.

Super cute and exactly as described! Also had a lot of fun climbing up and sleeping in the top bunk while my partner slept in the other bed. We enjoyed our one night stay!
