Monthly Rentals in Saskatoon

This is a great place to stay in Saskatoon it is close to a bus stop, not too far from the University of Saskatchewan, and it is in a quiet and peaceful area.

Location was easy to find and lots of parking. Entrance to the place was easy and clear. Felt very comfortable and cozy there. Had everything we needed. Close to the river for us to walk, about 1 km. Lots of restaurants near by. Host was very accommodating and communicated very easily - made our trip great!

This place was perfect for what we needed on our trip! Felt more like coming home than into a normal hotel which is needed after long days of sports and people! We were both impressed with how much we loved it! We are glad our first Air BnB experience was with Jennifer!

I stayed here for 2.5 weeks for work. The neighborhood is tree lined and right next to walkable broadway, the backyard is peaceful and quiet, and the suite matches the pictures and description. My car was safe parked on the street. The kitchen had the essentials for cooking, including a keurig for coffee, and many grocery stores were nearby. I used the laundry a few times as well with no issues at all! Any time I had questions I had answers within 20 minutes from the hosts. One note is that I had 3 different families of 4 live above me during my 2.5 weeks, so I definitely appreciated the thin floors and sound travel! Most of the time it wasn't a big deal, but it was hard to sleep in on weekends, and sometimes to fall asleep early on a weeknight before work the next day.
