Awesome home and hosts! Felt like a home away from home in a quiet easy to get to location. It was close to all we needed to do and always a great place to return to after a busy day!

She was very helpful when it came to me asking questions about the place. An amazing stay, very quiet and peaceful and you can walk around to places that are located around. Had a couple items at the airbnb for people who are staying there to use and even some board games and cards. I enjoyed my experience very much and would definitely rent from again if I ever visit!

My son, who is a USASK student) stayed with Justin for just short of 2 weeks after he was left homeless due to a fire in his apartment building. I am at a loss to find the right words to describe how grateful I am for the kindness and compassion Justin and his family had for my son. They treated him like family, and because of them, he has fond memories of what has otherwise been, a very difficult moment in his young life.

We had a fantastic stay at Darren’s suite! Darren is incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. The suite itself is beautiful. It was so cozy and had such a fun feel to it. The backyard especially was gorgeous and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub! It felt very safe and we had fun exploring the neighbourhood. It was such a delightful experience, would definitely recommend!!

The space was exactly as described. Clean, easy to get into. he had the extra bed already made for me and my family which was a huge bonus. He was easy to get ahold of after I had issues with a breaker blowing and directed me to the right place to fix it. My only complaint would be the family upstairs. I was in town for a diving competition with my daughters and they were exhausted each day. So I had them in bed at a decent time and the family upstairs was louder with footsteps and noise than I would have liked. On 2 nights they were quiet by 9:30pm. However on the Friday evening there was banging at 4am which woke us up and I did not appreciate. Overall the place was clean and a great location to where we needed to travel each day. I just didn’t appreciate being woken at 4am.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured Clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. It was also nice and quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Everything was just as expected, and I really appreciated how smooth the check-in process was. I’d definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was in a great location, with many attractions and activities nearby. It is conveniently close to the mall and the river, making it perfect for a beautiful morning walk. Christina was exceptional, providing clear instructions on accessing the house and where to park. She made us feel at home, and the place itself was quiet and comfortable.

A great stay! Lovely little space right off broadway with updated appliances. It was a very good price, too! The hosts were very kind and had an adorable dog! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Saskatoon!

the basement suite has to be one of the most beautiful one I've stayed so far. The place was super clean and very nice to be in. everything is close to the house . if I ever come back to Saskatoon this will be the first place in mind without a doubt. the host were super accommodating. they did me a solid favor that I'll be forever grateful and for that thank you! I strongly recommend people to book this place it is worth it 100%

Ugo and Benny have been such gracious hosts answering all of my silly questions quickly. Very communicative. The apartment was SO nice. Very clean and had essentially stocked perfectly. The washer and dryer were amazing things I didn’t think we would need but came in so handy. We will certainly book again for our next visit and suggest you highly consider it for your next visit to Saskatoon too.

The space was the perfect size for me and my cat, offering a comfortable and private retreat during an unexpected move. It was clean, located in a safe neighborhood, and served as a great short term rental home. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again! The check in and check out was seamless.
