There is a barrel sauna (30-50 euros for 1-2 people) + a natural pool 70 cm deep, with the water color depending on rainfall. Naturism is OK. Massage and breakfast are available. There is 1 short-haired cat that roams freely on the property, not indoors. BED LINEN AND TOWELS INCLUDED

Sas van Gent, luxury apartment in the city center

Our brand new apartment in the Gentsestraat of Sas van Gent is super nice and luxuriously finished. Everything you need is in it. There is a living room with a complete kitchen with everything you need. The living room is modernly furnished with beautiful furniture. The bed is also super comfortable with a lovely duvet. The living room and bedroom have a spacious TV. The toilet is located in the luxurious bathroom where you will also find a rain shower. Also nice to stay for a longer period of time.

The Tingelhoek - Sas van Gent

Spacious vacation home in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen Holiday cottage for 2-4 people in quiet, green surroundings, near Sas of Ghent and Terneuzen. The house has all the comforts (including air conditioning) and offers a great base from which to explore cities such as Bruges and Ghent. The sea is also a half hour drive away. Within cycling distance is Philippine, known for its cozy mussel restaurants. There are also beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. So enjoy the peace, nature and coziness!

This one bedroom lakehouse is the perfect getaway for couples, friends and families. Step inside the characterful interior and you'll find high end materials, including a double bed in the bedroom and three single beds (bunkbed) for kids, as well as a bathroom with a luxurious walk-in rain shower. Surrounding the house is a beautiful lake, making it a great spot for those who want to get away from it all and spend some quality time together. The house accommodates up to four adults comfortably.

Vacation home, quiet location in the Durme Valley, on a cycling route. Right at the nature reserve the Molsbroek (50 m) , 3 km from the city center. The house has just been completely renovated and has an equipped kitchen, spacious and bright living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Garden with front and rear terrace. Baker and butcher within 1 km. Feel like sailing a boat or kayak on the Durme? Or do you choose a nice walking or cycling route? Is centrally located between Ghent and Antwerp.

Come relax and get together with friends/family in our unique Olieslagerij. The historic property has been stylishly renovated with a lot of attention to sustainability and contemporary comfort. Walk outside our vacation home immediately into nature reserve De Reepkens and experience nature in a unique way. A 35-minute walk or 10 minutes by bike is a provincial domain Puyenbroeck with even more nature, outdoor playground, subtropical swimming pool, small animal park and golf course.

Please note! From the end of May until approximately the end of this year, renovation work will be taking place in our private home, which is located right next to the vacation home. So, this will cause some noise nuisance, especially during the week and during the day. Very spacious, quiet home. Rural location yet close to various amenities. The property is divided into 2 completely private areas: 1 area is a vacation home, and 1 area is a private residence.

Vacation home Patrick

In the heart of the Meetjesland, more specifically in Bassevelde, you will find the Holiday home Patrick. If you love silence and nature, this region is definitely worth it! Creeks, polders, forests and meadows are all around here. The place for a hike or enjoyable bike ride. The Dutch border is nearby; Cadzand, Breskens and Sluis are on an arch of Bassevelde. Electric charging of a car is possible via a normal outlet at 40 cents/kWh.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Vacation home Overslag, cycling and hiking paradise

Our newly built vacation home is located in the middle of the Varempépolder, surrounded by meadows and creeks. Enjoy beautiful views, use the sauna, the landscaped garden, playground or simply enjoy the sun terrace outside. The house includes 6 bedrooms with 6 separate bathrooms (shower, toilet and sink), a spacious living area and a kitchen equipped for groups. Up to 18 people can stay comfortably. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Family home Hof Mettenije, panoramic view (10p).

This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
