Fantastic place and host. The view is as the pictures show and even better. A/C was great for us Americans in a hot Paris summer. Apartment is stocked with everything you could need and Loic was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!

We had a really lovely stay in Maxine’s apartment and can’t recommend it enough! Maxime communicates fast and clearly - and was super kind throughout. There’s a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets all within minutes of walking. The apartment is small but space is used ingeniously and there’s a lovely view from the top! Highly recommend! Greta value in the centre of Paris

Laura's house is great to visit Paris, 1 min from the metro stop, lovely French style apartment. Laura reply to our messages immediately and she worried about heaving all instructions we need. Great option for a short visit of Paris. minor comment: small table if you want to eat at home

The place was excellent,very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved the decoration.Lilian was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is close to transportation. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Je recommande particulièrement Maud et son appartement, autant pour son accueil que pour la propreté de son logement. La décoration est soignée,Maud a tout prévu pour ses locataires,de nombreuses attentions à notre disposition :café,the,bonbons, produits de toilette et d entretien. La literie est bonne,le linde de toilette et de lit sent le frais 🌺 La présence d un parking est un plus ,ainsi qu' un petit extérieur . L accès est facile et la communication simple,rapide et conviviale...un vrai plaisir

Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour passer un week-end à Paris. Son emplacement à proximité de la gare Montparnasse a été un critère déterminant dans notre décision. Dès notre arrivée, le propriétaire Olivier a été très accueillant et arrangeant. C'est important de trouver des contacts humains de cette qualité quand on prend un logement. L'appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable. Cela a grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, das Wetter hat auch super mitgespielt! Die Unterkunft war perfekt und die Aussicht super! Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Einkehrmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Julien war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara's place! It was cute and we felt right at home for sure, and we were welcomed with a nice card with some helpful instructions to care for her apartment while we stayed. A little heads up, that it is a Paris walk up with no elevator (as is normal and not Clara's fault!) so big luggages will be tough. As well, it's an attic apartment so taller folks may find it a bit tough to navigate. For us, it was a very enjoyable stay, so close to Gare to Nord which made for easy train travel. Would stay again!

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Bergine. La petite terrasse privative avec table et chaises était agréable avec le soleil. La proximité avec la gare est pratique. Les propriétaires accueillants, serviables et très gentils

Nous avons passé un agréable week end en famille dans ce chalet très confortable. Tout est bien pensé, très fonctionnel, et l'emplacement est excellent. L'endroit est sécurisé avec un grand portail, un joli jardin à disposition et une vue dégagée qui donne envie de flâner sur la terrasse. De plus, le chalet était très propre! Gaetan est un hôte disponible qui a le sens du détail. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux, nous serions ravis de revenir!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.

La estancia ha sido muy tranquila y agradable. En todo momento hemos tenido las comodidades que se indican en el anuncio y la llegada ha sido muy fácil gracias a la comunicación con Adrien. Quiero destacar la gran limpieza del baño y cocina. Lo único que puedo objetar es que la sábana tenía alguna mancha blanquecina, pero por lo demás, sin duda es un gran lugar para relajarse. 10/10 ☺️☺️☺️

Great location, Mr Vincent is very helpful & proactive . Clean house Only issue is 3rd floor no elevator .
