We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue in the fireplace or outdoors, with family or friends. Live the experience of a country house without its constraints! I will be sure to share my best food spots and my favorite secondhand shops!

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Discover the charm of our cottage, a recently renovated former bakery, offering a lovely view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. Our cottage is located by the waters of the Ranvre, on the edge of the Ecouves forest, in the heart of the Normandy-Maine Regional Natural Park, labeled UNESCO World Geopark. Explore the forest paths with electric mountain bikes available for rent (€15 per day or €10 per half day)
