Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" in Normandy

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

The house includes 3 bedrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Terrace, large garden. All linens are provided. Bath towels are extra: €3 per person.

This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
