Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! Here the roosters crow in the morning, the ducks quack and the pigs argue a little louder at breakfast... Please ONLY book if you accept this.

My accommodation is close to the exhibition centre 5km and centre 4km as well as with public transport 100m. You will love my accommodation because of the location, the landlords, the space and the cleanliness. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. The train station, which can be reached in 5 minutes by 5 minutes, offers several connections every hour: - Hanover (12 min) - Messe/Laatzen (6 min) - Hanover Airport (37 min.) - Hildesheim Hbf (12 min.). The tram station in the direction of Hanover/Langenhagen is only a 10-minute walk.

Our house offers complete comfort on 2 floors, consisting of 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 8 people. This Swedish style house has a private garden with lounge furniture and an outdoor sauna which is only available for the residents.
