Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Despite the good accessibility of the fairgrounds and the center of Hanover, our property offers you the necessary tranquility at the same time.

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family.
