Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.

Ideally located to enjoy the city and its cultural monuments on foot, mixing authenticity and contemporary comfort, Le Nid is an invitation to Provençal relaxation with its plastered walls, central wooden staircase, natural stone floor and a dominant view from the bedroom over the rooftops of Villeneuve. In the heart of Provence, in Monteux, close to Spirou and Wave Island parks, Avignon and its festival. 2 rooms 45 m² very bright, comfortable, living room/kitchen with new sofa bed 160, bedroom, beds 180 and 90, large terrace of 18 m², plancha available, swimming pool 9 x 4 m, very quiet. The pool is only to be shared with us, you have priority and this is done naturally, we mainly take advantage of it when you are visiting our beautiful region.

20 minutes from Avignon and Orange. Our Giant of Provence "Mont Ventoux" is 40 minutes away and the Dentelles de Montmirail are 15 minutes from our pretty house. We renovated this house 10 years ago with my husband, Raphaël. Our passion for DIY is reflected in our home, most of the furniture has been bargain-hunted which brings all the originality to our home.
