We offer a large private space(1200 sq.feet)with a private keyless entrance. This is the entire lower level of our home with use of our outdoor pool(seasonal), firepit, grill and screened-in room. Situated in a small, quiet neighborhood adjacent to 170 acre nature preserve, to access for hiking. Minutes to SPAC & the State Park(2.4 miles), Downtown Saratoga(4 miles), the Race Track & Racino(5 miles). Groceries & more right up the road. Homemade cookies upon arrival. 8 miles to downtown Toga, 11 to Track, 14 to SPAC, 6 to Adirondack Park & 20 to Lake George

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Welcome to Trekker in Lake George, New York at the base of the Adirondack Park. When staying at our unique resort you will not only experience and see many different types of rentals like treehouses, yurts, earth homes, and cabins but you can explore our wildflower fields, play with our goats and chickens, and observe our honeybee hives. This beautiful, newly renovated (just last year) townhouse in the Waters Edge community is steps from the lake, and all of the amenities the community has to offer, while being two miles (or a $10 Uber ride) to the Saratoga Race Track. Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind.
