The place is exactly as advertised, with all the facilities for cooking or enjoying the outdoor area. Since the host doesn't charge a cleaning fee, the house isn't that clean. I would prefer if the cleaning fee were included.

The stay was impeccable from the first contact with Carlos until our checkout. The place is exactly as described in the photos, but in person it is even more beautiful. One distinguishing characteristic is the cleanliness of the place - fresh-smelling bed linens and towels, as well as complete kitchen utensils. It accommodates a large group very well and the lake is a success. I would like to highlight the attention and proactivity of the caretakers with us. We hope to return soon, it was a great family experience.

I thank Andreia and Anderson for sharing their lovely space with us. Everything was perfect! Complete house, all kitchen utensils, quality bed and bath linens, comfortable furniture and lots of pampering for guests. The pool heating is a very important differential. I highly recommend it!
