Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. I had a great time here and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a nice chill place to stay. The only thing that would be a complaint is that there isnt any desk to use a computer, otherwise amazing! Pinpuk is extremely helpful too.

The host is a host in the truest sense of the word and strives to meet any requests. Even if small problems arise, he always has a solution ready. Even when I forgot my stuff. Spacious room, good location, quick everywhere to go

What a beautiful property, for an excellent price. Fabian was extremely helpful in helpful in ensuring we were checked in and okay. Highly reccomend.

We were searching for a quite place after some travel time and found it. The house was perfect for me and my two children to relax and everybody could enjoy time on his own in different rooms. The house is big and clean and has a nice decor. There is a garden arround with different sitting areas to have a coffee or read a book. Even the main roads are easy to reach from the house, you cant hear any street noise. A shopping mall and street shops a reachable in a few minutes with the car. Siri is a wonderful host. He gave us all information we needed and was helpful in all situations. He asked every day if anything is missing. It was easy to contact him via Whats app. He helped us organizing a doctors appointement and drove us in the city, helping talk to the doctor. Thank you for all your kindness and help. You gave us a feeling of having a home and a friend.

The stay was amazing, the house is located in the calm neighborhood, surronded by nature. Kitchen was perfect equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. Also, the owner was so sweet to understand my spontaneous decision to move out earlier, because i found a house for a long term and had to move out 4 days earlier. So she organized a full refund for these last days i moved, which was so nice. I recommend this place if you want to feel cozy and home like, but still to be within 10 minutes in chiang Mai city area , great place for that money.

The house is newly renovated, very clean, and conveniently located just two parking spaces.The neighborhood is quiet, and the host communicates with us!

The overall experience of this homestay in Chiang Mai was very good.The room is spacious, the modern style is very textured, it is very comfortable to stay in, and it is suitable for people who like quiet and design. The pool is one of the highlights, it is large enough and the water is clean.Whether it's sunbathing during the day or relaxing at night, it's very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, about 10 minutes drive from the airport, and also very close to Central Airport Plaza, Old City and Chiang Mai University.There are many restaurants around, 300 meters walk to 7-11, 2 minutes drive to Makro and Big C, shopping and eating are very convenient. The facilities are also very complete, with a kitchen, washing machine, oven, suitable for a few days to slowly experience life. The Host is very friendly, communication is smooth, and gave a lot of local recommendations, the overall feeling is very reassuring.

Love our stay here. The space is super private, well designed, modern and with wonderful amenities. We adore the nature and privacy - it was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host is excellent and we feel well supported here. Thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

Great place for a quick stay in Chiang Mai, amenities were amazing

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

don't think twice! really felt like home . just a quite base to go out from. nice wooden floors. apt was super nice, clean, great views from the window. the rooftop is amazing. shower 🚿 is just perfect. everything is good. just book it.

We had a great month long stay at Amornrat’s place! The condo was by far the best we have stayed in Thailand, with an amazing pool and gym. The room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is quiet and close to the mall and a cheap grab into the old town. Highly recommend this place!!
