Vacation rentals with lake access in Saraphi District

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

It was such a great experience, the house was very nice and quiet, the staff was great to communicate with and sent us juice.Our family had a very good time playing here and will stay again in the future.

Great stay. A villa in a great setting: large pool, 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, rice fields, very nice, responsive, smiling, listening ...grab without difficulty. Everything was perfect for us.

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food. At night, each family occupies a room and rest.The host began the moment I booked successfully, and rigorously confirmed every detail, and responded promptly and patiently with all kinds of questions from us.There is a local Thai nanny here, although there are some language barriers, but it is simple and cute. I was touched by the bicycle and bought us breakfast ingredients. Haha, I was touched.The organic restaurant outside the neighborhood is a surprise. The amount is amazing. The meals and drinks are delicious. The price is not expensive. At the same time, you can enjoy good ingredients and flavors. It's really beautiful ~ It's worth going again.The Thai driver in charge of the drop-off of the airport will repeatedly confirm the itinerary every time, and will wait at the entrance of the villa nearly half an hour in advance, which is not trustworthy.The neighborhood is a little far from the ancient city. If you want to go out to a place where you want to go out during the day, you need to arrange a car in advance, just pay attention to it.

Tai is such a lovely host, and the space was amazing - so peaceful and comfortable. The food and drink available is great, the amenities are enjoyable, and the location outside the city made it a lovely getaway. Thank you! Will be back again.

The astra is a 15-minute walk from Chiang Mai's main night markets and only 20 from the old town The area is pretty good. The apartment is just as seen in the photos, and the facilities are exceptional. Jia was super communicative the whole time and I send a lot of local suggestions, astra information, and very kind.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

The interior is really lovely. Everything I needed was there. It was super clean, the bed is comfy, a good amount of space. Great view of the city. I’ll stay here again!

The room was cheap even during the festival The room was clean and there was no problem staying The elephant towels on the bed were so cute:) Especially the breakfast was really good. I wanted to pay for it and eat it again! I had a good stay

Nice apartment -- ticked all the boxes. and there are great facilities in the complex with easy access to the mall around the back.

stayed for 2 weeks and would give this experience more stars if I could. Anthanas's place is quiet, comfortable, spacious and very clean. You can't ask for more while visiting. Anthana herself is a true gem... friendly and respectful! Just a very nice person! We've threatened to kidnap her 3 cats (joking), they are awesome 😎. Highly recommend!!!
