Lake house vacation rentals in Saranac Lake

Robin is a wonderful host and her place was perfect for our family to stay and relax between skiing. Very close to Whiteface in a quiet part of Wilmington. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful spot! The home was impeccably decorated and clean, and the view of lake Champlain and Vermont beyond was unbeatable. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

we had a nice stay and it was fun to swim with our dogs and use the kayaks, beautiful peaceful views from the upper deck! can see all the way to vermont and the beach close by was an easier way for kids to swim. the rock beach is not pebble or river stones, it is large boulders. some safety issues particularly because we had small children with us.. but would recommend adding vertical rungs to the railings of the staircase inside and porch. the entrance to the dock was broken and dangerously patched with a plank. the driveway was hazardous although he forewarned us of that, we just didn’t understand the degree of difficulty that it really was. he was very responsive and it was clean.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas at Antoine’s home. The house was warm, inviting, and made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic time, from cross-country skiing during the day to relaxing by the cozy fireplace at night. We’d love to return in the summer to experience it again!

We had an amazing time, the house was exactly as advertised, and the hosts were extremely responsive with questions/answers. We felt right at home, the house had everything needed for a cozy stay. Gorgeous view and we will be coming back 100%.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were stunning from the moment you pulled into the driveway and from every window in the house! It was family friendly, our kids loved this house, the kids book shelf and the closet of toys and kid amenities! Anna was super responsive from check in day to check out! We were very happy with our stay and not only are we ready to go back, our kids are already asking for another vacation there!! Highly recommend!

The house was amazing. Enough space for everyone in my group. It was also very cozy, made us feel at home! Gabrielle was an amazing host, communicated well with us. She checked in to make sure everything was okay and if we checked in smoothly.

A 2 night stay at this lovely spot for three generations & and a dog. 85 year old happy on the main floor with comfy bedroom, easy shower entrance, and the screened porch. 20 year olds were on the water with the SUPs. Plenty of kitchen supplies and bath & beach towels which is so nice. We easily prepared our meals and enjoyed dining in the screened porch. Good beds & great AC meant we all slept well. While we did not visit Westport, we enjoyed Fort Ticonderoga and Mt. Defiance. Overall, this is a comfy and peaceful spot which can meet the needs of families of all ages. Kayleigh is extremely responsive and helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

This Adirondack camp was an absolute blast in an amazing location! The direct access to the lake made our vacation unforgettable, especially with the provided kayaks for exploring the beautiful lake and connecting waterways. Our dogs had the time of their lives running around the spacious yard, and the pizza stone was fantastic for making delicious homemade pizzas to enjoy in the front room while while enjoying the stunning views of the sun setting over the lake. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect lakefront retreat!

Absolutely gorgeous and felt right at home from the minute we stepped on the porch. Ona made us feel so welcome with thoughtful touches. Incredible place for some badly need R&R. Thank you for sharing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Dreamy Mirror Lake House." Our hosts Patrick & Kevin were also very responsive and got back to us quickly when we had questions. The location of the house is perfect - the shops are a short walk, the neighbors are quiet, and the view of the lake is stunning. The interior of the house looked exactly like the pictures in the listing and we had everything our family needed, and more! We enjoyed sitting on the dock and taking the kayaks & paddle boards out onto the lake. The pool table/ping pong table in the rec room was also fun! The house was perfect for our family and we would love to return in the future!

Well equipped for families, and very comfortable. While our stay wasn’t during the warm season, the waterfront location with lake access is a wonderful touch. Highly recommend a stay at Kelly’s home!

The Moose Lodge was everything we hoped for and more! Our guests had a fantastic time and the environment was just what we were looking for! Off the beaten path and quiet! A true gem in the middle of the woods! I know a lot of guys were saying the only thing missing was a giant TV for ball games at night. I told them their phones will have to do but guys were saying they would rent this place in the winter for whiteface skiing and snowboarding! Thanks again! -Shamus

The photos do not accurately capture how pretty this place is. The home is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the screened in porch is lovely! We had a wonderful time on Loon Lake and especially enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. There are no homes directly across the lake, and there is a lot of greenery on either side of the home. So the place feels very private. We had a minor issue during our stay, but Mary communicates efficiently and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. We would definitely consider booking this place again!

This is the perfect spot for a family get away. Everyone felt right at home- even kids and dogs :). The weather when we were there was Adirondack "unsettled" but the house had great space for playing with the kids, rocking on the awesome porch swing and, even in the rain, a safe private road for walking. Bob was super responsive with communication and questions. The house is super close to Saranac, Placid, hikes and paddles- if it wasnt " the days of covid" we would have spent time wondering more for sure.

Great location, nice area. Happy we were able to bring our fur baby along with us. I will say, I probably would not bring my dog here again. The stairs to the second level are an extremely steep angle and slippery. I was not confident it would be safe for my pup to maneuver.

Our family had a great long weekend stay here. The property was private and quiet, however just a short drive to basic amenities and great shops and attractions. The directions were clear, and we found it easy to navigate during our stay. The house was spacious, but very cozy, we felt like we were staying at a family home. Access to the water, with a nice dock and sitting area for fishing and a fire. We had a wonderful stay!

Jason was a great host! Communication was excellent with everything we asked and needed in the area. The home was clean and fully functional. Great location close to town. Our family and friends really loved their stay. Thanks again and can’t wait to be back again!!

We spent a wonderful week at ADK Oasis. From the amazing views to the comfortable, spacious, immaculate house, we had everything we could possibly need. The hosts are generous and responsive, even providing a "stuff you might have forgotten" basket. We loved the lake access and appreciated so many paddle boards and kayaks to use. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

The cabin was very clean with a beautiful view of the lake and was close to lots of hiking trails. Definitely recommend for a couples retreat or a few people just looking to relax and unwind

Great little place with excellent views (pond/mountains/sunsets), had everything we needed, and was walkable to some restaurants/coffee shops and a park for our kids. We enjoyed kayaking on the pond, the fire pit, and cooking out on the grill. Kids had a great time as well!

Staying at Weizhong’s is always great, love how central it is in town.
