Herzlich Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Haus in Santana. Das Haus steht auf Stelzen direkt oben an der Klippe und bietet so einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über das Meer. Bereits morgens kann man diesen vom Bett aus genießen und den Sonnenaufgang und die ausfahrenden Fischer sehen. Dazu gehört ein traumhafter Garten (2000m2) mit Hängematte und einer riesigen Terrasse unter dem Haus. Hier lässt es sich herrlich im Schatten verweilen oder bei einem der kurzen Regengüsse in den Garten schauen.

You'll have in disposition the whole home, very spacious, all new Just 4 mins drive from the center of the city and easy to explore the island. There is a huge lounge room, 1 rooms each with AC , 1 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and yard around the house. You ll have the opportunity to live in a quiet neighborhood and n the middle of the authenticity of the island and lovely neighbors.

BEMA FARM is the result of a passion and the desire to create a unique and special space! Here every shade of green tells a story, every tree holds a secret, and every stone invites us to discover the past, feel the present, and dream the future. It is in itself a special garden composed of fruit trees and other species of the region. Each one is randomly distributed and planted in the most perfect way: by the hands of Mother Nature herself. BEMA FARM occupies an area of 1.3 ha.

Central location in the middle of the island, great for hiking, relaxing and enjoying the unique nature. The house is situated in the small village of Picante with a large terrace overlooking the large beautiful garden, where papaya, pineapple and bananas grow. Here you can enjoy the peace and the unspoiled rainforest. Principe impresses with the pristine jungle with tree giants and a unique birdlife. Príncipe impresses with deserted beaches. Currently no wifi.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and basic utensils for cooking, and we have a restaurant where we serve traditional dishes and locally sourced meals.
