The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

A cerca de 400 m existe a praia fluvial, que é uma piscina natural, bem como dezenas de praias e lagoas a escassos km's (local mais próximo dos mesmo). Alojamentos totalmente novo, com a traça arquitetónica da região, de madeira e pedra, com todas as condições para uma estadia agradável.
