The space is spectacular. We had some minor problems during our stay and quickly Leonardo sent a person to solve the problem. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen super complete. Heated pool and very nice. We hope to return soon

The owner was very welcoming and nice, always answered very quickly The location was perfect because we had a festival near. There was no shops so you should prepare yourself. Most of the shops and restaurants in the near city are closed during the week. Its took bit to find Ubers but if you have a car it’s perfect. The pool didn’t worked but anyway we enjoyed. Thank you!

Wonderful place to rest. Lush flora and fauna in the region. Very comfortable accommodation. We had very good days with the family. The fish pond and local pets were a differential in the accommodation. I highly recommend it!

Very helpful, polite, and kind host, who conveyed all the information clearly, gave us tips on tours, places and recommended a bakery where we ordered our daughter's birthday cake. The house is very cozy, fully furnished and equipped for the comfort of guests; quiet and well located, I felt at home, good energy! We were two couples and two children and our stay was so good that we intend to return to visit other places!

Casinha is so cute! Makes you want to live there! We spent 4 days, the house is well taken care of, the quiet place, excellent for those who want to relax. The comfortable bed, the house was clean, well suited utensils in the kitchen, we felt at home. In the room I missed a more comfortable sofa or I could have footrest puffs, but that even made us stay short in the living room and enjoy more of the outdoor area that is beautiful.

The location is safe, quiet and close to downtown. The house matches the description and photos. Barbara responds quickly when prompted. She gave directions on what to do in the city and in Águas de São Pedro. We will definitely be back if there is a new opportunity.

I was in São Pedro-SP at the residence of Mr. João and I were very well received by the hostess Jaqueline. I went with my husband and two-year-old son and we were very happy with what we found. The house is exactly as advertised: spacious, comfortable, cozy and very well equipped as if we were in our own home. During the days, I used the kitchen a lot to prepare our meals and found everything I needed. I thought the house was very well located too, close to the supermarket and pharmacies. We had a car, so that also made it easier for us to get around. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, perfect for those seeking rest and calm. I definitely recommend it and will return on other occasions!

We were very well received, we felt like visitors and not guests, the house was well cared for and welcoming, fragrant and decorated, it conveyed an air of affection in the details, a family home that shares happiness. The owners helped us with late check-in and Internet for remote work, had toys for our children, jujube and a few other courtesies, the functional kitchen, we used the oven and coffee maker a lot, the blankets and towels were extremely fragrant, and I couldn't help but praise the huge bathroom, lol, it's really big, the treatment was very kind, we will take this great experience to heart.

The stay was perfect! The environment is extremely organized and very well equipped (appliances, utensils, dishes, barbecue kit, dish towel, table towel, among others). There were pillows, bed linens, outlet repellents. The pool was clean and remained so during the stay, as the caretaker cleaned it in the morning. A curiosity: the pots, pans and cutlery were shining, they were so clean lol ❤️ Fabio and Nina respond very quickly and are always helpful. Communication was easy. We had a problem with the shower and it was promptly resolved. Check-in and check-out was flexible. My fiancé and I were in the house with 6 other friends, and we were very comfortable. The space inside the house is small, but the outside area accommodated everyone very well. My only suggestion would be a bathroom near the pool. I would definitely recommend this place! We feel at home ❤️
