Vacation rentals with breakfast in São Luís

Excellent stay at José and his family's, very friendly, welcoming and smiling. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, the common areas are welcoming. Vila do Bispo is a very peaceful city but very well located for traveling the coast and the hinterland. There is a great pizzeria restaurant 3 steps from the house, the shops are open rather late and there is a great kitchen in the house. Thank you José for your great hospitality and the tasting of homemade arbutus liqueur ;)

Nice view from our deck…stunning if you walk across the street. Easy walking distance to two delicious restaurants (February) Fair amount of steps to go up (~flights) if you have any mobility issues. Room was small but comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed having the extra beds in the loft. Kitchen is quite small, but was able to make a couple delicious meals. (No breakfast during winter months) Just loved this location and town. All in all, would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location a bit away from the tourist buildings on the beach, the cozy garden and the Jacouzi on the roof, which we also liked to use in nocturnal hours, have greatly enriched our vacation. We highly recommend spending a few vacation days there if you are ready to take a little further to the very extensive and beautiful swimming beach in Armaçao de Pera.

Marvin’s place was just what we were looking for. A unique apartment close to the city centre. Clean and tidy with everything we needed.

Excellent hospitality, above-average breakfast for similar spaces. Accuracy in described amenities and spotless cleanliness. Phenomenal to spend a few days with family away from the frenetic routine. It respects all social distancing standards imposed by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. A place to come back to in the future. Well done.

We were 12 people who came together (ranging from 3- 89 years old), from across the globe and we all had a wonderful stay. It was perfect. The areas (inside and out) were large enough for us to gather together as a group, and the house was spacious enough that people could retreat to their room or area should they want to break away for some alone time. We cooked big dinners, spent hours in the pool, and played games at night. The grounds were private, filled with beautiful bougainvillea, geraniums, and hibiscus plants. There is plenty of sun and shade (outside) and ACs in the bedrooms. I would say the pictures don't do the home justice. The rooms are larger in person. The hosts were readily available to help with finding things in the home or with recommendations for things to do in the area.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious even at maximum capacity. The bedrooms are all very spacious, the location is perfect, shops and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and only 12 minute walk to the old town, I would highly recommend this villa and host. Perfect stay for 14 girls

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and on the premises. The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit and warm pastries every day. Special requests were gladly met. There were even the right birthday candles! The apartment and terrace were cleaned every day. The bathrooms, especially the showers, are great. Always friendly people, very good food even in the evening. Sunset by the pool overlooking the countryside. It was very nice!

well what can I say about Katja & Ed's appointment, it is exactly as In pictures & description, amazing welcoming host a d Katja messaged in the week to see if all was well and if we needed anything, nothing is too much trouble - we had no need to contact them as all was perfect - just minutes walk from beach & fabulous restaurants & supermarket, all in all a wonderful place to stay. Joao’s apartment and the pool are absolutely superb with all the amenities need it.The apartment was very clean and so as the pool .Joao is an outstanding host , he was very friendly , helpful and responsive .We will definitely book again Joao’s apartment if we go back to Portimao.Thank you Joao for the way you treat us while we were in Portimao!

really nice apartment within walking distance to the beach and easy to get to and from. we really appreciated the private parking space in the basement. good burger restaurant just around the corner. will come again!!

Loved this place! Close to the old town center, amazing beaches and more. The place was very clean and so nice. We loved every minute!

The apartment was as described. The location is fantastic. From outside the doorstep you can have a beach, a bar, or a restaurant. There are so many accessible by walking it was one of our favourite parts of the location. The walking paths and the beach allow you to explore a lot easily. And being central, it is easy to drive or Uber to other towns for additional exploration. It was great that if we explored during the day, we could park for the evening and walk to dinner, a cafe, or live music. The beach in front of the apartment is a bit quieter and very nice, and you can easily get to other beaches in a short walk, if you wish. The apartment has a wonderful, large balcony with a view of the ocean and a spot to watch the sunset. The amenities allowed us to prepare some breakfasts and snacks in the apartment. Parking was easy. Paulo and Marcia were prompt in responding to questions and super easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Very welcoming hosts, attentive to us. Very clean accommodation with a hearty and excellent breakfast with homemade products. And the presence of two small cats.

It's located in a 5 stars hotel and this flat has a privileged view over the swimming pool and the sun shines there basically all day long as it's south facing. One of the reasons I booked in this location was because of its gym, which a lot better equipped than I could foresee, was a very good surprise. I recommend whomever books this flat to also hire a car because the closest minimarket it's about 15 mins walk away. Antonio is a very nice guy and I totally recommend his flat for your stay.

This was a beautiful place to stay with such kind hosts. Everything was perfect, so clean, peaceful, we felt right at home. Highly recommend this place if visiting Lagos. We would love to come back again.

A wonderful stay and experience! Sandrine is a fantastic host and she and Olivier couldn't have been kinder. The lodging is beautiful, natural, and pure. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the space very private. The breakfasts were top of the line, too. Most highly recommended!

Our stay went very well. If you need a moment of relaxation and disconnection, this is the place for you. On the other hand, be sure to bring a rental car because the neighborhood is not well connected by public transport and the house is located at the end of a dirt road that is difficult for some Uber drivers to access. Mariana was a very attentive host ☺️

We had a wonderful time with Alain and Anne-Marie. The two hosts were very friendly and helpful, and we immediately felt at home. A wonderful place if you are looking for disconnection and nature. Everything is very nice and well cared for with a lot of love and detail. Hosts have been waiting all the time to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We traveled with kids and it's been great to watch them jump in the pool, play with the puppies, and tour all that natural space. The delicious breakfast and pizza party a success. The place is totally recommended. The only “catch” is that it is a difficult road to get to and is a bit far from nearby villages and beaches (about 30 min to Vilanova). But with the instructions they gave us, we arrived well. We will definitely repeat if the opportunity arises!!

Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. In terms of comfort, privacy and decor, it was better than we expected from the photos. My husband and I were greeted by Dominique, who was very friendly and kind, and despite the Portuguese and English language barrier, we managed to communicate clearly through the translation apps. Definitely a place I would return to and recommend 1000% times.
