Rodrigo was punctual and kind throughout the service, zero complaints about the place too, the neighbor had a noisy motorcycle but I'm asking too much too lol, great place.

My stay at the house was wonderful. Everything was perfect, very organized and fragrant, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathrooms clean and fragrant, I felt right at home, not to mention the pool with warm water for you to enjoy a cozy leisure. I'll be back soon, I recommend it with my eyes closed. Thank you Joana and Valter, you are amazing hosts 👏🏻

We had a wonderful stay! Andressa was a 10-star host: always very polite, attentive and willing to help. We were especially grateful that she lent us a stroller and provided extra bedding, going beyond what the listing promised. The place is very pleasant, clean, well maintained and with a welcoming energy — ideal for families with children. We really felt at home. We would definitely return and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort, tranquility and great service!

the house is a charm, has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 3 bunk beds, 3 single beds with 3 auxiliary beds. It accommodates well up to 14 people to sleep. The pool is amazing, has a grill with some utensils, in addition to 2 bathrooms. Rogério was very attentive, assisting me in every detail, supported me too much during the entire stay. It was all very light and quiet. in the garage only 1 car, but it is very spacious! it has a floor clothes, a new refrigerator and a brewery as well. The gourmet area is well equipped, it also has stools and chairs next to a 6-seat table. all the rooms have a closet where it is possible to accommodate bags and bedding/bathing. The location is quiet and easy to find. I recommend the location and also take repellent and electric/insecticide racket or poison for taking, because in the night period the space is very busy with insects and rsrs. in addition, I hope to rent again as the experience was amazing! I highly recommend the host and their place

The house is very good, well organized and clean and the backyard is wonderful! We went into a large group of people and managed to organize ourselves well between the three bedrooms and five bathrooms. The hosts were solicitous and welcomed us very well. The kitchen has all the basic utensils, but remember to take sponge, detergent, cloths, salt, etc. The barbecue area is well-equipped, including two freezers that make it very easy! To get better, only if the pool was heated😉. I would highly recommend the place!

The Chácara is very good and João, together with Dona Lourdes and her husband, gave us all possible attention so that we could have the best experience possible.
