Whether for work or leisure, it is well located 5 minutes by car from downtown Florianópolis, and 10 minutes from São José. There is a bus stop nearby and it is next to the best bakery.

Oi, eu sou o Lince Negro, o gato dono dessa casa. Como tenho esse espaço que quase não uso decidi alugar para quem precisa de um lugar legal que aceite outros como eu. Tenho dois humanos que organizam tudo direitinho para mim, tenho também quatro cachorros muito simpáticos. Ah! E não poderia esquecer do meu irmão, o gato Buda. Sendo assim, saibam que o bichinhos são muito bem vindos na minha casa!
